vaginal itching

so my boyfriend and i have been having sex like twice a day, recently and i think im feeling the effects of it, i’ve been having itching on my vulva and somewhat on the inside of my vaginia i am literally dying and uncomfortable, any help? i will go to cvs tonight to get some recommended products, my discharge has no odor and my discharge has a little yellow tint, my i state that he has been finishing inside me, i know stupid right (and im on nexplanon)
