When do you give up?

My fiancee says she doesn't feel love for me anymore until she thinks about losing me. She doesn't really want to spend time with me and says she only kisses me because I'm pretty/it's fun, or there's nothing else to do. She claims she wants to do things together, but when I come up with ideas, she doesn't like them.

She does things she knows will upset me. She says I'm crippling because I have kids, as well as health issues, and she feels like she threw her life away by getting with me. She says she holds grudges against me, mostly for things I have no control over.

She has a lot of trauma in her past which is the only reason I excuse her behavior and no emotion toward me, but honestly, when is it too much? I love her but I feel like it's not going to work with us anymore. She has said and done so many things the past few months that have haunted me. I'm lost.
