He ghosted me but hes watching my stories on all my social media??

I was talking to my child hood friend for 5 months it was a long distance relationship we havnt seen eachother in years and the 2 times we we're supposed to see each other he would always have an excuse that he couldn't but that he really wanted to and the last time he lagged on me I told him to tell me his true feelings because I was tired of this texting relationship he ignored my messages and all he does now is literally stalk my social media he is the first to view my stories everywhere he hasn't deleted my number and I'm surprise he didn't delete me on social media why don't guys do this and what does this even mean I want to delete him on everything but I don't know
