Bottle aversion

Just hoping someone out there has any advice on bottle aversion or someone who has gone through it with one of there babies?? It has gotten so bad with my 4 month old that we’re now on an NG tube and we were hospitalized for a few days. We’ve tried everything. Different bottles, different formula, we’ve gotten the reflux under control and we’ve been seeing a speech therapist, now he just won’t eat more than 4oz over the course of the day.. please help.
