Vagina Pain and Pressure - 36 Weeks

Hello,

I’m hoping someone can help out or provide their experience. The past few days I’ve had difficulty emptying bladder and feeling pressure. I thought maybe a UTI, but no other symptoms so maybe baby girl is just dropping. I’ve also had intense vagina pain during the middle of the night (almost feels like the on the outside) to the point where I’m sitting on ice pack which seems to be helping.

Symptoms are only when I’m lying down though. During the day with walking and sitting I feel much better. Any thoughts? I go to the doctor on Wednesday. I don’t remember the pain or inability to empty bladder with my first. Thanks!
