Transitioning from EBF to whole milk question

My little girl will be 1 next Sunday.

Do you remember how you transitioned from nursing to giving whole milk? All I can find online is to mix it with breastmilk at first but I don't pump since I have her home with me all day. So I'm pretty much trying to go from the tap to a glass of milk. And I don't want it to be too harsh for her belly. She will drink from a bottle although I don't think that's necessary bc she will also drink from a cup or cup and straw.

Also, she wakes up 1x every night to nurse. So I'm also wondering about weaning.

Any advice?
