Nanny is positive for COVID 😫

My nanny to my toddler officially has COVID. It’s been a week since we’ve had her back. Prior to that she seemed to have a slight runny nose and told me it was allergies that she regularly has, but now looking back it might have been the start of her symptoms :((

Anyone been in this situation before? What are the odds that my toddler didn’t get it. She Was with her for the whole day and a few hrs the next day. LO seems fine as of now; been a little more than a week since exposure.
