Overreacting ?

So I noticed majority of the day baby have been moving less or Atleast I haven’t been noticing his movements. When I do notice them they are very slight. Like a little shift here or a small kick but not as strong as they were. A huge difference from how he moved in prior weeks. I have a fetal Doppler that I ordered online and decided to listen to his heart beat and the counter went up in to the 190s. I’m currently 37 weeks going on 38 weeks. I’m not sure how accurate the heart rate counter is because the rate begin to fluctuate but remained in the upper 160s and higher. I have never got a reading that high. At previous appointments it’s only been in the 140s. Of course I panicked and call the on call physician to see if I should go into the hospital. Now as I lay here waiting for a call back, baby is moving and stretching and kicking up a storm. Should I still go in just for reassurance or just wait until
