Good news

We had our baby girl Skyla via scheduled Csection at 37 weeks. Unfortunately her lungs were still a little underdeveloped and she had a sufacten deficiency so they had to put her on a vent to give her sufacten treatment. The treatment worked almost right away and she was able to get off the vent yesterday. Today they took her off the CPAP machine and is breathing all on her own. Now we just have to work on breastfeeding and hopefully we can go home soon. Fingers crossed 🤞
