losing interest

My SO and I have been together nearly 4 years. We’ve had our ups and downs throughout the years but i became so emotionally attached to him that without him, i dont feel complete. I couldn’t imagine a life without him, I do love him very much. I am so insecure and suffer from depression and anxiety. Every day I wonder if he’s tired of me yet, tired of the roller coaster. Maybe its in my head but after we have sex, he just seems distant. Before we could be goofy and flirt with each other but after sex, I feel like he barely even looks at me. My heart feels like it’s breaking. It could be that im 22 weeks pregnant but I just want to feel loved again....
