Does having fever in fertile window decreases chance of conception?

Does having fever in fertile window decreases chance to conceive? I got my peak today and since then I started feeling cold and even though I had sex today eve I got fever since then.. I’m supposed to have BD 3 more days!! I’m ovulating tomorrow!

Does anyone know if this will impact my chance to conceive this cycle?
