ttc with conceive plus?

So I've been taking these pills since the beginning of the month and me and my boyfriend baby danced a couple days out of it. my breasts have been feeling sore/heavy for a couple days and slight cramps. i know no one can give me an answer if im pregnant or not. but idk i feel like this month is different? my friend got a positive and i kept having these thoughts that our kids will be good friends. i kept visualizing my child and my new life with her.

did anyone else feel they were pregnant before they got the bfp?
