Mildly enlarged spleen

I am 8 weeks post partum and was having some right sided pain so my gp ordered a ct scan and ran a ton of blood work to rule out appendicitis’s. He told me everything including bloodwork was normal (except my iron is a bit low) and I just had gastritis but when I looked at the report it said my spleen was mildly enlarged at 14cm. The dr didn’t even mention it when I saw him but now I’m worried something is wrong and he missed it. Things I see online say not to worry unless it’s grossly enlarged like over 20cm. Anyone else have experience with this?
