Late Period, Negative Test Result

I’ll try to keep this as short as possible so please bare with me......

I got my last depo injection in June & never went back after that. I had 2 periods in October. The first one was from the 10-16 and the second one was from the 20-27. I had sex November 3, 6, & the 12th. I was out of town from November 13-18th & I have no clue when/if I ever ovulated. Either way with both set of dates my period is late. I’ve tested 3 times in the last 4 days & they all say negative. Is it possible I’m testing too early? I’m experiencing cramping, bloating, nausea (without actually throwing up) & my boobs hurt. No spotting or any sign of bleeding at all. I’m confused & don’t know what to do. Any help or suggestions would be wonderful.
