Sleep? What is sleep?!
I’ve always had issues with falling asleep and staying asleep. I used to take melatonin and smoke a nice joint before bed, so I can sleep through the night. Since I became pregnant sleep is not something I look forward to anymore. Between the night sweats, migraine and constant tossing and turning, I haven’t had a good nights sleep in 2 months. 😩 my doctor told me I can take half a tab of unisom. But somehow I feel my baby will become dependent on it as well, and have trouble sleeping when it’s here. I definitely can’t smoke anymore, but isn’t melatonin safer than Unisom? Should i just go back to that? How do you guys deal with this? This new first time momma is struggling, I need sleep.
