Ex’s mom..

So before I had my baby I ran into my ex’s mom in a public place and we chit chatted for a minute and she says that she coupons and has diapers and wipes for me and she doesn’t know anybody else with a baby coming. So she gives the things to one of her family members that I work with to give to me.. cool. So after I have the baby I get a call from my grandma that somebody left 5 containers of baby detergent on her porch. I get a message from my ex that it was his mom that left the things.. ok cool so then a couple weeks later she leaves another gift of clothes on my grandma’s porch.. I’m am super appreciative of her kind gestures. Me and my ex haven’t talked at all since we broke up. But i told my fiancé she had done these things and gets kinda upset and say I shouldn’t accept things from them. I have a feeling she will keep buying things for my baby. Should I tell her nicely to stop or keep accepting things?

Edit: this is my ex’s mom. This isn’t her son’s baby. We broke up over 3yrs ago.
