Morning sickness during first semester!

Hello! I’m having the most trouble finding foods comfortable for my body that I won’t end up throwing up. I’ve minimized the fatty/oily foods because they definitely make things worse but even things like oranges/apples/bananas/strawberries my body rejects. I tried a smoothie yesterday morning, and I was able to keep that in (instead of usually throwing up every meal I usually do) any recommendations? Also, any recommendations for how to limit nausea? I’m drinking my water, eating more leafy and green foods but it’s still pretty bad. Did anyone try the mint tea or ginger tea? Or putting mint in their water?

I’m a first time mom btw! So I’m trying to make this pregnancy as easy sailing as possible while also dealing with the things I may not be able to control. Would love to hear what you ladies tried!
