3 month old nap
Hi all,
I’m a first time mom and my 3-month old seems to only nap EXACTLY 30mins each time (he naps 3-4 times a day)...it’s like clockwork...very rare to go longer than the 30min mark. Is this a normal nap duration for his age? I’m pretty strict with his nap routines...same time everyday, black-out room, sound machine, sleep sac, etc.
Wishing he could stretch his naps to 45-60mins...! Help!
