He’s making the brownies wrong

I asked my husband what he’d be willing to make so I don’t do everything today and he offered to do the brownies. Despite him being an engineer/physicists, following recipes seems to get him very amped up. So when he pointed out that we needed both unsweetened and bittersweet chocolate, and we don’t have both but he found regular dark chocolate, me pointing out that we do actually have both and how many ounces of each we have annoyed him. And it didn’t stop him from deciding to use non baking chocolate in the brownies anyway. I’m sitting on the couch watching the dog show biting my tongue as every now and then I hear “oh shit” coming from the kitchen.
