Anal bleeding

Ok guys so the other day I had sex and It was really rough. My vagina bled from how fought it was. I wasn’t wet enough cus the place was really cold. I knew it was gonna be sore but the day after I took a dump and when I wiped there was blood. I’m confused as to why my ass would be bleeding since it was just vaginal sex. Someone please help me out if you know or have heard of anything similar. I’m confused as to what to do or how to treat it.
