What age did you speak to your kids about sex?
My kids are only 7 and 8, but they’ve been expressing some curiosity about how babies are made. They are aware that men have sperm, and women have eggs and that when they meet they form a baby seed that grows in the mom’s belly. But that’s it. They’ve both been questioning how the sperm and egg meet, and I’m wondering if I tell them? I won’t go into every detail of course, but I also want to be truthful... I don’t want my children thinking sex and bodies are a bad/dirty thing. Any thoughts?
