yeast infection??

i’ve had yeast infections on and off since like August and it’s gotten worse each time. i’m guessing they keep coming back because i’m not consistent with putting the vagisil cream on or taking the yeast infection medication (by ozo)? i didn’t want to use monostat because i don’t like putting the thing in my vagina, i had to do it when i was pregnant 🙃 but at this point i’d do anything to get rid of this yeast infection. i’ve only been with one person my whole life, we’re together still so i don’t think it’s herpes? all i have is a really bad itch and the cottage cheese like discharge. that’s it 🙃 no sores or anything like that. PLEASE lmk what i can do to stop it from being this bad. i will literally try anything. i take rephresh and it helped the first like 4 days and then it started itching again :/ should i start using boric acid now? i don’t know 😞 please help me out :(
