Is this just stress?

I haven’t had my period in a whole month already. I don’t know why. I haven’t had sex since May of this year. Also on top of that literally inside my vagina there’s this swollen lump. It’s been there since the end of September. I have no health insurance to even get checked out. It’s been bothering me that I have that lump. At first it used to be super swollen and it would feel irritated/itchy down there, but I started to run warm water for a couple of minutes everyday which helped with the swelling, but I just can’t seem to get rid of the lump. The only thing that I can think of that caused it was this vibrator I just bought and I would clean it. It stresses me out that I have this lump, and that I missed a period. I need advice last thing I want think is this vibrator gave me something even after cleaning it.
