does using a menstrual cup get easier?

i just started using a lily cup!! it was a little finicky at first but then getting it in and sealed wasn’t too difficult. i’m having problems when it comes to taking it out. i think i might need a cup with a longer stem? because it’s hard to grab the stem
and pull it down enough to release the seal. i also don’t know how to fold it to take it out . please someone give me hope it gets easier lol

Yikes don’t just pull the stem without releasing the suction! You can cause internal damage to your vagina. You need to pinch the base of your cup. You’ll feel the suction be released and then you’ll be able to gently pull it out. Keep it pinched as you draw it out and it’ll be easier to remove.

I use the Lily cup and it did get easy for me. Your BIGGEST issue is that your not breaking the seal. I barely use the stem and even cut it off. The real removal comes from bearing down on the vaginal muscles to push it into a spot where you can pinch on the cup to break the seal. You need to get your fingers pads the thicker base.
