Am I pregnant??

I had my left ovary and Fallopian tube removed on October 22 and i started my period a few days after that which was on regular time. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend near my ovulation which now I am 6 days late from my period and my breast have been really tender. TMI but my discharge has been really creamy white and sticky which isn’t usually like that right before my period. Idk if I am pregnant or because of my surgery I am late. I’ve never been late I’m always regular but I want to wait a few days to take a test to see if my period comes. Any advise if I could be pregnant or should take a test?
