Crippling abdominal pain

So I haven't gone to a Dr. yet.. But every female I know is telling me I have endometriosis. The pain has put me on the ground unable to walk for sometimes hours and I usually stay sore for a day or so after. It's almost like someone is playing with and twisting my ovaries and cervix and colon idk but the pain is from the middle of my back down to my lady bits and rectum area. Sometimes it happens when I'm walking around or just yesterday it happened while I was laying in bed. It's been happening since I was about 15 or 16 and I'm now 23 and one time my husband and I were having sex and it happened so bad he was about to take me to the hospital bc I sat crying and throwing up in the bathroom for hours. Does anyone know what it might be??
