Is he going too far?

Hey ladies! So I've been dating this man for a while and I'm a little stuck. I've been very busy lately and so he's been spending on this time with a mutual female friend.

I do suffer from jealousy but i try not to be. But i have a feeling that spending 8+ hours with another girl daily is too far...what do you think? If you agree, how do I solve it?

Edit: since I have posted anonymously i will answer the comments...they do not work together. They just play video games all day while i am busy. I have expressed that I get jealous. He thinks I'm just overreacting and i should let him do what he wants. They also seem to have more fun together.

I know that he doesn't like her and she doesn't like him but i don't know how to approach the problem without an argument.
