Sorta update: Pink spotting and freaking out!

I decided to go to urgent care since I would mostly be alone with my kids tomorrow and I’d rather make arrangements. When I gave them a urine sample I discovered that I was bleeding red now. Mostly back pain and some mild twinges and cramps. My cervix seemed soft according to the doctor though he seemed a little out of his element and said “it could be soft or that could just be how your cervix looks” it’s about a 2 hour wait to have an ultrasound so for now I’m waiting. I’m stressed and alone... this is so out of left field.

I went to the grocery store with my kids and came home and felt a gush when I was putting things away. I almost just felt like it was normal discharge and wasn’t immediately alarmed. When I went to the bathroom I noticed my underwear were soaked through and the color seemed off, my underwear is light pink so it was hard to tell. I wiped after I peed and the toilet paper was clear and pink! The discharge was very watery as well. I started having cramps and low back pain after that and I’m waiting for a call back from my doctor. I’m freaking out!! I’m trying to thinking of all the things that could have caused it?? I lifted my 4 year old in to a cart? I haven’t drank enough water? I had sex on Saturday though that seems like too long ago? I had a painful bowel movement before going to the store? (Sorry TMI) I’m looking for positive outcomes. I know there is always a chance it could be bad news but until I know I’m trying to keep my spirits high. Thank you in advance.
