Worried Mom

My son just turned 11 months old and he doesn’t consistently respond to his name. Now we didn’t actually start calling him by his name for a long time because we have so many nicknames for him. But I’m starting to get worried that it may be a sign of autism. My husband gets mad when I bring it up. He’s not even a year old so I know he couldn’t be diagnosed. He’s a very social baby who smiles at everyone and plays with us. And I’m a worried paranoid mama.
