Sleep training
Hey Moms, need some advice, ok so I let our daughter sleep with us in our bed since she was little cuz I just wanted to get some sleep and now she’s 6 months and I cannot get enough sleep cuz she wakes up every 3 hours and we have to sleep train her to sleep in her crib , I am  dreading this cuz I hate when my baby cries , so any of you have suggestings and what is the best thing they should sleep in to make them sleep in bed longer. Thank you
