Help me please yeast infection

I need natural remedies to get rid of a mild yeast infection please don’t tell me to go to the doctor I have many times and the pill gives me BV but gets rid of the yeast. I had BV and then the doctor prescribes me the vaginal gel I used it and on day 2. Then I got an yeast infection but no more BV. I used it one more time to make sure I got rid of the BV and that fishy smell. But now I need an natural remedy to knock out this yeast. It’s not itchy. It just burns alil when I pee and the discharge is literally like cottage cheese.

If I go back to the doctors and they give me that yeast pill I’m going to get BV again. Then I’m going to use the gel or take the pills again and BAM yeast again. I know this because this happened to me before. And I used the monstate over the counter which knocked out the yeast. But I don’t remember if my bv came back.

I am at war with my body. I’m super clean and I’m not sure why I keep getting BV and yeast. Me and my boyfriend uses condoms. I don’t douche. I don’t wear tight undies. I don’t wear tampons. At night I don’t even wear underwear so I can let her breathe out. I keep up with my body a lot and pretty much have to because I’m constantly battling with this. I do wear panty liners everyday in case I get sweaty down there because I work a lot. I take two showers. I just need help I’ve been battling this for 2 years. Either BV or Yeast or sometimes I’ll have both.

I already got an STD check. I’m clean.

Any tips also on getting my ph balance at level and keeping it there.
