Growth/ inducted scan?

I’ll be 38 weeks on Saturday and I’ve seen a bunch of women on this app and on Facebook getting growth scans, my OB hasn’t even mentioned it, is it common? I had my son at 37 weeks so I’m not sure what to expect from here on out

Nope. Most offices only do 2 scans, a dating scan and an anatomy scan

Haven’t had a scan since 18 weeks and I’m 36+4 now. They’ll only scan me if they have a concern, which is pretty common practice.

I’m 38+4, I’ve never had one.
I assume you only need one if your doc is concerned.

Nope. That's actually normal. I've had growth scans every 4 weeks due to SUA but with my first I didn't have any.

I only get them because my daughter measured very small at her anatomy scan, so we’ve been going every few weeks to keep an eye on her. 
And I’m glad we did because now her freaking head is measuring at 40 weeks and I’m only 37. SOS.

I'm only doing growth scans because my previous son had growth restriction. This baby doesn't but they've been keeping an eye on him just in case.

I had one at 20 weeks done by high risk dr. For  28 weeks, and 36 weeks was done by my ob.
