My carpal tunnel broke me down...
I ended up getting cortisone shots in both wrists for my pregnancy induced carpal tunnel. I went 35 wks 3 days not needing it. Over Thanksgiving something changed and it started affecting my everyday activities. Didn't get in to an orthopedic until 36 wks 5 days.
Best case I'm back to 100% tomorrow worst case could be until Tuesday back to 100% either way I'm excited for the pain, numbness and tingling to be gone hopefully sleep better at night too.
