Should I be concerned? Has anyone had something similar happen?

I got a tubal ligation after our September baby. I had my first PP period about 2 weeks ago. Stopped bleeding and then after having sex started bleeding a bit again for a couple days.. stopped for a few days and have been spotting again... Idk if its normal, if it’s because of my tubal or if it’s actually from sex since everything seemed normal up until that point.. Sex wasn’t painful or anything. I no longer have insurance and money is tight right now so I don’t really wanna freak out and go to the doctor if it’s probably nothing so I’m just curious if anyone has had something like that happen?
