Contractions every 10 minutes - what do I do?

I’ve been having mild to bad contractions every ten minutes for the last two hours. Some are concentrated in my back and others are in my abdomen. Some are so painful and some are mild. It’s midnight and I took 1000mg of Tylenol. Do I sleep it off? I’m also getting a lot of brown mucus down there when I wipe. This is my first so I’m not sure what to do. I know to go to the hospital when they are 511 but what do I do when they are ten minutes apart? Relax and wait?
