How did you cope with your pregnancy during summer?

It's getting hotter and hotter here and I'm due 4th of March, which is in the middle of the summer. My hands are always sweating and I'm always sweating specially when I'm outside. It's not extreme but the pregnancy is making my body hot.

Any advice on how to deal with the hot flashes and overall summer heat ? Also did it affect your birth or mood during delivery? My husband thinks the weather is nice all the time and I'm here sweating on our sheets like crazy 😂
