Convinced I won’t know when I’m in labor.

37 weeks tomorrow and I’m not even sure I’ve experienced a Braxton hick yet. Maybe? I honestly couldn’t tell you. I tend to just brush pain off because I really hate calling the doctor and having it be for no reason. I have too much anxiety for that. What the hell does a contraction feel like? Am I actually going to know if I’m having them? Last night I had some period pains but they went away after 5-10 minutes and this morning I had pain in my lower back for about 5 minutes that I had to put a heating pad on. I’ve seen people say that contractions start by feeling like period pains and if that’s the case I feel like I’ll never know if I’m in labor because I usually just ignore them ...?
