Medical abortion

So on Tuesday I took the first pill at the office. I was suppose to take the second Wednesday at 3:30 but I waited a whole day because I was scared. So I ended up taking it Thursday at like 2:30 fast forward to friday I wasn’t bleeding so we called the on call nurse so they called in a second dose and I took it Friday night around 10. Both times I had chills and terrible cramps but still no bleeding all it’s really doing is giving me terrible cramps and gas. Should I be considered and go to the hospital or just wait it out?
