Growth spurt? Something wrong with him?

Hi all so I’m a ftm, my baby is a month old and everything had been amazing with him until now! A couple days ago he had been having trouble letting gas go, he was crying so ugly until I got gas drops.

The days following that he’s been better but he doesn’t nap as much, is much more clingy, fussy and eating every hour!! I’m also thinking he’s exhausted cause he doesn’t nap as much as before, he’ll fall asleep but wakes up within 10 mins. Doesn’t go into a deep sleep.

What could it be?
