Baby’s first cold..

So my baby is 5m. He has his first cold. Really runny nose & a wet cough. He was sleeping very rough the last couple days, waking every 45 mins. He’s now going on 2.5h (THANK GOODNESS) but hes now got the wet cough I’m assuming from everything breaking up. We’ve given him a warm bath, baby vicks, saline drops with nose aspirator, & a little bit of Tylenol. Plus elevated with his crib wedge. Anyone have any other remedies to suggest? We’ve done lots of skin to skin & nursing. He’s having lots of wet diapers & poppy diapers. No fevers thankfully. Just a nervous mama over here & I can’t think of anything else to help him, I think we’re coming through the other side & I’m guessing the cough probably sounds worse than it is because he’s sleeping through it when he does it? Any suggestions appreciated! 🥰
