What are the best tests for early detection!? I really don’t want to wait to see if I miss my period or not and want to find out if I’m pregnant ASAP!

First response early result is the most sensitive. I got my BFP on a FRER 5 days before my period was due. Just remember that because implantation timing varies a lot, if you get a negative result early you should retest in a couple days.
