Anyone with regular periods but have pcos? How did you conceive?

I have regular monthly cycles, light but they occur every 30 days. I ovulate on one side but both appear polycystic on ultrasound. Did anyone have to do IUI or IVF because ovulation induction meds did nothing? I feel like if I am ovulating and yet not conceiving after 1.5yr, I need more help. I’m seeing an RE this month.

I have regular monthly cycles that last 6 days.  I also ovulate on my own and have pcos. We have been ttc for about 9 years. All testing has came back normal we are just unexplained infertility. I have done 4 rounds of clomid. Did 1 iui that failed. Then our second iui got turned into TI but that also failed. We adopted 2 frozen embryos and did all protocol for a FET but both embryos were dying in the thaw process so that also failed. Now we are kinda at the end of our string. Just having to take a break from everything, hope and pray that maybe GOD will have it in his plans for us to conceive naturally while we save money to move forward with something else.

How have you confirmed ovulation? I have pcos and I get a “regular cycle” but it’s always anovulatory without ovulation induction meds. I have to take clomid and letrozole combined to even ovulate.
