Soreness and gains
So I recently got back into working out and building some muscle/getting toned. Day before yesterday I hit the glutes hard and now of course they are sore, but not unbearable. Can I still do a glute/leg day today or should I wait for the soreness to go away? What’s better in terms of muscle gains?
I also eat a good diet, lots of protein and carbs to help recover.
