Letrozole /Femara 3 pills a day

How many mature follicles did Femara gave you ?

I taken 5mg of Letrozole before but I only just got 1 follicle then I was switched to Clomid 150 mg and I also just got 1 follicle.

I just got done my zoom meeting for 2nd opinion with a 2nd fertility doctor and he gave me a protocol of taking Letrozole 3 pills a day and then doing Ganol F every other day.

Has anyone else follow this protocol and got multiple follicles?
