How many had tearing during natural labor?

I’m wondering how many people had natural births with no epidural had tearing? Also if I were to go natural it would be my 2nd child. Which I heard there is more tearing for the first child than the second. Is that also true? I just want hear people on there opinion between the natural birth vs epidural and what they preferred.
