Recovering from EDs
All the food articles I see on here are about keeping weight down and having "will-power" to not eat chocolate. 🙄
Here's a reminder that their are no inhealthy foods bc all foods provide some kind of nutrition.(Except the ones that can harm baby ofc)
I hope y'all eat whatever holiday food you want.
