Labor Prep wasted cause breech??

Question

Can you still eat dates, epo, the tea etc if you're breech 
I feel like I've been doing everything to prep this babe for a nice slip out the vagina only for him to suddenly flip to breech at 36 weeks lol (this is my third, I'm very aware child birth is not just swoosh slither out baby ordeal, its a joke)
Appointment later today to see what my options are besides c-section. But man its a bummer.

It's not wasted because those things aid in postpartum healing no matter how you give birth.

My youngest flipped over at 39weeks - so you have plenty of time for baby to flip still. I did the techniques from spinning babies

Baby can still flip. My daughter flipped at 40 weeks (unfortunately the wrong way). Lol

Just because you were eating dates & drinking tea doesnt mean it would’ve worked anyways. But baby can still flip! My son was in the 97th percentile & flipped the day before my ECV was scheduled at 37w (which might be an option for you.) id stop trying to “prep” but if you feel like having those things just not in abundance go for it!
