Sharp left side pain post D&C! Help!

I am 1 week post surgery and a few days ago I developed this sharp pain on my left side. I went in yesterday and she examined me just with her hands and put pressure all around the uterus and I literally screamed when she pushed on that side. So we thought it was an infection but they took bloodwork which ruled out and an infection, and my hcg levels are down to 8.2, nauseous but no fever. 

Has anyone experienced this or know what it might be?? They honestly seem lost and it’s very frustrating.
