Mastitis? Help!!

So I’m not sure if I have mastitis but the top of my boob has been sore for couple day like by my chest into my armpit and shoulder hurt feels like bad bruised or something. I had yellow sticky stuff coming out of one spot of my nipple yesterday. And I had diarrhea and headache and didn’t feel well. I don’t have a lump or red spot. Is this mastitis? Help!

I have no fever no lump or redness. My nipple does hurt when my daughter breastfeeds. She’s almost two so this would be our first time with mastitis. My armpit and top of my boob is so sore. But no lump or anything so I’m confused. I did have yellow “pus” looking stuff come out yesterday and felt sick yesterday

When I had mastitis my symptoms were
Severe body aches
Body chills (I had a heated blanket on and was still shivering)
Fever
Headache
I didn’t have a red spot or lump until 2-3 days after my symptoms arrived.
