Calling all twin moms

My first appointment isn't until next Thursday but I was wondering if you had just nausea or if you had hyperemesis gravidarum? I'm 7 weeks and 3 days and I've had straight up gross nauseous feelings. I finally had to call and get some medication because the natural stuff didn't work for me. I've been nauseous since 4 weeks on the dot. I have a history of multiples in my family and will be super excited either way but just was curious!
